I have problems connecting Desipher to a new License inside 3D Max.
My company bought a Full License for me to use. I received an email saying that the new license was allocated to my email, I can see it in my User Dashboard, but every time I try to Log in into Desipher (v1.09) inside 3D Max 16, I am being connected to the Free License where I can just see ForenSic License. I tried "Reseting MAC1", closing Desipher, closing 3D Max and connecting back again, but still same issue.
It looks like I can just connect to the user with Free Forensic active, and I need to be connected to "ALL ACCESS" License one.
Could you please help me solving this problem?

Sorry to hear that.
I've checked the account and the licence was assigned to you through Paul's account.
Everything is set correctly so not sure what's causing this.
We reset the MAC address assigned to you from his admin account.
Can you let us know if this fixed the issue?

Are you using the latest installer v1.22.0
If not I suggest downloading and installing first.
All software before 1.21.0 won't connect to the license server.
You can reset your password by logging into your SiNi account.
Make sure you use the same details to log into Desipher.
