I am trying to login with my free account to use forensic, but I get this message "Used MacID, Goto Sini Software to update or clear" except I can't see anywhere in the control panel to clear it?

I hope you can help.

Hi Daniel,
You need to log in and go to the My Users Page and on the right click on Mac ID.
We've done this for you this time.

It should be ok now.

Have you logged into your User Dashboard on the website?

On the left hand side menu, click on Users and Licenses.
On the right, you will see Reset MAC ID button.
