I downloaded the software from the Autodesk website, which says it's a free program. However, when I try to use it, the software says that it is unlicensed.

I installed Render Farm and was unable to use the program.

Could someone please help me?

Have you created an account on the website and logged into Desipher license manager in 3ds Max?
