We are thrilled to announce SiNi Software is the latest recipient of an Epic Games MegaGrant. The generous grant goes towards the development of AMI, our 3D asset manager inside Unreal Engine. Thank you Epic Games and the brilliant Unreal Engine team for this opportunity to join the growing UE4 universe!

What is AMI?

AMI, or Asset Management Interface, is our SiNi library assistant that will sort your 3D assets with technological ease.

Overview

We have been working on AMI for a number of years, learning from our customers their asset management requirements and the needs of 3D artists on how they wish to store and retrieve 3D assets. In early 2019 we released a 3ds Max Alpha version to a select few customers. Following valuable feedback, we paused to address complex database and storage issues, essential to the changing workplace environment. Our mission for AMI is to deliver a robust, efficient and extendible solution to meet the demands of the multi-software, multi-location industry.

In 2020, SiNi AMI became the latest recipient to receive an Epic Games MegaGrant. The partnership with the Epic Games Unreal Engine team allows us to accelerate development for UE4.

Proposed Features;

Auto-ingestion of existing asset library.
3rd-party plugins to read/write assets in DCC software.

Version control.
