Working on a scene with errors will likely cause you issues. Some typical issues might include 3ds Max viruses, empty objects crashing 3ds Max, drawn-out simulation times, CAD blocks and linked composites clogging up scenes, 3rd-party plugin mismatches e.g, V-Ray planes not rendering with Arnold and Corona lights.

3ds Max viruses or malicious MAXScripts will cause havoc with your scene if infected. Forensic will find these and give you the option to delete them. You can also switch on Add Virus Callback from the SiNi Dropdown to automatically delete all known viruses on file open.
