I am not sure if I am in the correct place, but the Retopologize Plane changes the edge resolution, so it really can't be used. In Polulate:Terrian there is a Border Keep Original that fixes this. Anything for your script?

Hi Bobby,
At the moment, no. This was to keep the geo as clean as possible over multiple objects and to get as close as possible to the border. We are looking to improve this, but no time estimation unfortunately.
