I am having trouble getting the retopologize massing to always create a massing. I have tried adjusting the grid distance to the lowest and the highest and I always get a retopologized 0 objects after x amount of time. Below is the type of massing model I am trying to replace
are there any basic rules I should be using to make sure it works more often than it doesn't?
thanks

Hi Daniel,
The message you are getting probably means it has failed to Retopologize the massing model. This can happen depending on the complexity of the model etc. It should have a different message and we'll fix that for the next release.
Are you able to send the model across via wetransfer to support? This way we can see where its going wrong and try and fix it for the next release.
Thanks
Josh

I can't seem to obtain a massing every time when using the retopologize command. No matter how long I wait after changing the grid distance from the minimum to the maximum, I always end up with a retopologized value of 0. This is an example of the massing model I want to replace.
